Aloha Homeowner!

If you are a new or existing homeowner to Wavecrest and are thinking of remodeling, please take a moment to review the following:

The unit must be remodeled in accordance with Maui County and Special Management Planning Codes, WC House Rules and By-Laws. Please make sure you check with the County to see if a Building Permit is required, read the house rules and by-laws, and submit this form to the Resident Manager for approval prior to starting your project.

COUNTY OF MAUI

Both the Maui County Building and Planning departments require a permit when any electrical, plumbing, gas plumbing, partition walls or carpentry involving common elements are involved with your remodel project. You need to submit a copy of your approved plans from the County to the Board. Written approval from the board is required before any work starts. Should there be a violation of the House Rules/By-Laws, you will be contacted at the phone number you have provided above.

For Maui County Building Permits contact: (808) 553-3221
For Special Management permit contact: (808) 270-8205
